“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”

In todays’ world, in order to succeed, one should not aim just to grab subject-specific knowledge, but also the so-called 21st century skills like technical and media skills, systems and critical thinking, effective collaboration in cross-cultural set-up, communication, soft skills, self-organisational and self-directional skills. In fact, these 21st century skills make a leader who can take responsibilities, innovate and create and enhance productivity.
ESDST, while delivering its programs, considers to develop not only subject specific skills, but 21st century skills as well. To do so, an adequate blend of synchronous and asynchronous modes is employed at regular intervals. ESDST delivers its programs in both online and blended mode, using both synchronous and asynchronous modes of delivery.
The synchronous methods include mentorship, industry guest lectures, blended classes at our partner campuses, faculty workshops, and support. Asynchronous methods include recorded lectures, study material including readings, research papers, problem solving data sets, collaborative discussion forums and wiki, and assessment reports. Asynchronous and synchronous studies move hand in hand, where you have regular opportunities to interact with faculty, industry professionals, mentors, support staff. This helps you to continuously stay engaged and also to clarify your doubts whenever you have.
Assessments are one of the main learning vehicles. Also, assessment is your tangible outcome which you can share with your prospective employers as projects.
