Constructivist approach delivers instruction to prepare learners to construct knowledge actively, rather than just acquire knowledge.Technology is employed to design a learning environment that engages learners.

Technology enhanced learning has several advantages such as learning while working helps you to incorporate your learnings immediately in your work-environment, it helps you to reflect upon practical application of your learnings, which empowers you to be critical on implementing concepts into context. This is where you create new paradigms of thought-process, thereby creating and constructing knowledge.

To achieve the technology-enhanced constructivist philosophy of ESDST, following strategies are employed in teaching-learning process:
