With the advent of time, the field of Human Resource Management has changed dramatically. While the prime focus of HR professionals remain the “human” aspects of running an organization, their dependence and reliance on the emerging technology and data cannot be denied. While data mining wasn’t utilised to a great extent a decade ago, however, data analytics in HR operations has surfaced as an unavoidable need . The prevalence and emergence of this data and the evident impact it brings over HR processes has paved a way for a new discipline; Human Resources Analytics. In this program, students will explore what all forms the structure of HR analytics and understand the crucial role of data analysis on major HR operations.

The ESDST Online MBA specialization in Human Resources Analytics will enable those interested in learning about the application of analytics in HR function. This course provides the students with an overview necessary to understand the conjunction of HRM with data analytics. This course will enables students to develop a thorough, holistic understanding of data analytics as applied to Human Resource Management. It is developed to suit both; the students looking for starting a career in HR analytics as well as those with HR experience to upskill and make a transition.
