The ESDS MBA in SCM analytics gartners enabling students with an ability to understand the how the world of SCM and logistics is finding new ways to deal with Business problems by bringing in data analytics.It will allow students to gain an understanding of how the crucial cones of this industry turn by data. Students will learn to conceptualize and bring in data science concepts tp the actual problemsocuring in the industry and make use of the historical data to generate fruitful insights.
Each student at ESDS is matched with an Industry mentor, preferably in the same industry in which the student is working or has aspirations to enter. The mentor guides the student through the course and provides the student with real-life experiential learning along with core learning taking place in the program.
Primary outcomes:
1. Understand the process of supply chain,hiccups involved in the operations and how analytics comes to rescue
2. Be able to understand the data analytics for demand forecasting and planning
3. Discover and solve inventory related problems
4. Develop an undertsanding of the various analytics tools prevalent in the industry
