ESDST may employ international companies for deployment of any of our services. Though we make all efforts to employ third parties based in Europe, however to provide you the best services, ESDST may have to contract third parties which are outside Europe (including third countries). ESDST ensures that there are strict confidentiality and privacy of the data maintenance agreement signed with each contractor and that this is moderated by lawyers who are experienced in laws related to data privacy.

ESDST ensures that the data is maintained in our database only for the time we require to maintain a relationship with you. Data is deleted or archived as per our internal policies. If there is any local regulation that we are required to in terms of maintaining data, we will do so and inform you.
